Read, Succeed at Auraria Library Award

You could win a $600 gift certificate to the Auraria Campus Bookstore

A complete application must include:

• A typed 300-500 word essay describing how the Auraria Library has contributed to your academic success. Selection is weighted heavily on the quality of the essay. Academic achievement, leadership qualities, and participation in community service activities are also considered.
• A readable copy of your most recent transcript demonstrating a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• One recommendation from current faculty
• Provide evidence of enrollment for current semester

Two students from each of the schools, the University of Colorado at Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, and Community College of Denver, will be chosen.

Applicants must have completed one semester. Previous award winners are not eligible.

Turn applications in to the Auraria Library Administration office, Room 258, by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

Please be aware that acceptance of this award may affect any financial aid you may already be receiving. Please check with your financial aid office.
